The X in Motion Team needs your help to meet its $10,000 fundraising goal to benefit SeriousFun Children’s Network. COME FOR ZUMBA IN CENTRAL PARK WITH XAVIER — cost is $15, $5 of which will benefit TEAM SERIOUSFUN, the new endurance training and fundraising program for SeriousFun Children’s Network founded by Paul Newman — a growing global network of innovative camps and programs that help seriously ill children and their families reach beyond illness to discover joy, confidence and a new world of possibilities.

The organization consists of 28 initiatives worldwide, including 14 camps, 11 Global Partnership Programs, and 3 camps in development. Since 1988, over 384,700 people have been served, including more than 253,794 children from 50 countries. Team X in Motion Joins The Color Run™ 5K

X-cursions in Motion has joined Team SeriousFun for The Color Run™ 5K in Brooklyn, NY on July 6th, 2013.   Please join us in supporting this cause!  Team SeriousFun is the new endurance training and fundraising program for SeriousFun Children’s Network.

It all started when Paul Newman had an idea: imagine if kids with serious illnesses had the chance to “kick back and raise a little hell.” The principle was simple — every kid deserves the chance to be a kid. But what no one expected was the profound effect that simply having fun could have. In their short time at camp, the children learn to reach beyond their illnesses and discover new strength, hope and resilience. All while having some SeriousFun.
