Morning Stretch + 50/50/50 CHALLENGE
➖Warm up / Stretch
➖50 push ups
➖50 squats
➖50 abs (abs exercises vary daily)
➖60 second plank

(Not ready to push yourself or for that intensity in the morning?? No problem! Continue stretching by modifying all 50/50/50 to a lazy morning stretch and still see and feel a big difference)
