8am ET: Morning Stretch
Morning stretching is important for your body to kick-start your energy levels and help circulation. Morning stretching can provide you with the best start to the day, as it increases flexibility in muscles and joints and improves circulation. This class will incorporate dynamic stretching, which are controlled movements that improve mobility while moving through a range of motion.
10am ET: Ballet/Barre class
Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. You can use a chair, counter or dresser in place of a ballet barre.
3pm ET: Stretch & Roll
This class uses stretch bands for first half of the class then we hit our abs & core by using the ab roller. So take out your ab roller that you have in the closet or gym and let’s put it to use.
6pm ET: Throwback Thursday
Old days . . . good times I remember . . .
Every week we’ll move to the beat of music from different eras — ‘70s Disco, ’60s Soul — you get the idea. Come for the nostalgia, stay for the fun!
9pm ET: Moonlighting Cool Down
Relaxing evening stretch class. After sitting around your work-at-home office or just being a couch potato, you need to stretch and unwind to get a good night’s sleep.
